Long gentle strokes are used to help moms in their second or third trimester relax. Prenatal massage is great to relieve stress and to increase blood flow to mother and baby.

Bindi Ayurvedic Oil nourishes, repairs, and restores equilibrium to the skin. Our Bindi body massage is medium pressure and includes a gentle foot scrub and hot towels.
Cocoa Butter Bliss Body Wrap

We begin with a gentle exfoliation using hand mitts, preparing the skin for a nourishing cocoa butter light pressure massage. Cocooned in a warm wrap, you will drop into a deep state of relaxation. A dry scalp and foot massage complete this blissful treatment.
